Fee Structure for BSc Ag, Veterinary, Forestry in AFU, TU, PU, KU Government and Private Colleges under Scholarship Seats and Paying Seats.


Most of the students keep on asking us about the fee structure of various government and private colleges of AFU, TU, KU, and PU for BSc Agriculture, Veterinary, and Forestry Courses. The Fee structure is almost similar in all government colleges.


A. Fee structure For BSc Ag Courses:
1. Government College in Scholarship Seats
The fee structure for BSc Ag in Nepal is around 50,000 for full courses (8 semesters) or around 6,000 per semester in Government colleges of AFU and TU in scholarship seats. Be sure that you need to pay this fee even if you get the scholarship seats. The fee structure is the same for Quota Scholarship seats too.


2. Government Colleges in Paying Seats
You must get your name on the merit list to study in Paying Seats in Government colleges too. You can't get a chance to study in Paying seats in government colleges if your rank is not on the top list of the merit list. So the Admission for Paying seats in Government colleges will be according to the Merit List Rank.

Fee in Government Colleges of AFU and TU for BSc Ag Agriculture Full Course in Paying Seats is around 3 to 3.5 Lakhs (for 8 Semesters.) This fee should be paid in 2 installments. Along with this fee, you should also pay around 6,000 per semester.

Note: There are no Government colleges under PU for Ag, Vet, Forestry Courses. So you should study in Private colleges under PU. 


3. Private Colleges in Paying Seats
The fee structure is almost similar in Paying seats of AFU, TU, and PU Colleges for BSc Agriculture courses. The fee is around 8 Lakhs in AFU Private Colleges for Full Course, around 9 Lakhs in TU Private colleges, and around 10 Lakhs in PU Private Colleges. Also, the fee is 8 Lakhs 20 thousand in Kathmandu University, KU for the BSc Ag course.





B.  Fee structure For B.V.Sc. & A.H. (Veterinary) Course:
1. Government College in Scholarship Seats
The fee structure for BVSc & AH (Veterinary) in Nepal is around 60,000 for full courses (10 semesters) or around 6,000 per semester in Government colleges of AFU and TU in scholarship seats. Be sure that you need to pay this fee even if you get the scholarship seats. The fee structure is the same for Quota Scholarship seats too.
There are only 2 government colleges till now for Veterinary Course. One is AFU, Rampur Chitwan and another is Pakhlihawa Campus under TU.


2. Government Colleges in Paying Seats
You must get your name on the merit list to study in Paying Seats in Government colleges too. You can't get a chance to study in Paying seats in government colleges if your rank is not on the top list of the merit list. So the Admission for Paying seats in Government colleges will be according to the Merit List Rank.

Fee in Government Colleges of AFU and TU for B.V.Sc. & A.H. (Veterinary) Full Course in Paying Seats is around 4 Lakhs (for 10 Semesters.) This fee should be paid in 2 installments. Along with this fee, you should also pay around 6,000 per semester.


3. Private Colleges in Paying Seats
There are no Private colleges for Veterinary Courses under AFU and TU. There are a total of 2 Private colleges for Veterinary courses (HICAST and NPI) in Nepal and both of them are under PU. The fee in these 2 private colleges for Veterinary full course is around 19 Lakhs.


C.  Fee structure For BSc Forestry Courses:
The Fee structure for Ag and Forestry is almost similar. So you can look at the fee structure of the BSc Ag course for the BSc Forestry course.
