Requirements for Form Fill-up:
- Minimum C-Plus grade in Aggregate of 11 and 12 or 50%.
- Students who are waiting for 12 Result can also apply for this with Mark-sheet of 11 but must provide their Transcript within 2076-05-22 to 2076-05-26 to get their name in result sheet or study.
